Bulldog Tears Child of 4 Years to Death
New Orleans, Sept 30 — John T. Michel, Jr., aged four, was set upon and killed by a bulldog in his uncle’s yard. The dog broke his chain and sprang upon the child. His uncle attacked the dog with a hammer, and killed it, but not before the child was dead. – The Washington Times
